Marlborough school board member urges parents to back Pope

The teachers union is blasting School Committee member Margaret Dwyer for sending out form letters for parents supporting recent changes in the schools, but Dwyer said yesterday she is fully within her First Amendment rights and was advocating on behalf of the district.
